Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of damage or signs of wear.
  • Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@ensenautoparts.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return confirmation email (sent within 2 business days) with shipping instructions.

Refund & Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; no cash refunds are available.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the defective/damaged product.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.
